This Tudor lesson investigates the downfall of Anne Boleyn. Students will evaluate the key question: Was Anne Boleyn a ruthless schemer or a victim of court politics? Lots of different factors will be looked at including the role of her family, her own actions and unfortunate events such as her miscarriages.
This download includes a fully editable powerpoint with all activities, instructions, clip links and worksheets/information sheets you need. It is differentiated 2 ways where possible with scaffolding and challenge options and is fully planned with plenty of activities for your students to complete including a starter, individual thinking tasks, diamond 9 with think pair share activity, information sheets with a table, mini plenaries, a consolidation explain written question and a plenary.
Activities are planned to encourage thinking and discussion.
