Head of Admissions & Marketing

We are delighted to be able to invite applications for the post of Head of Admissions and Marketing at Hurlingham School. 

Hurlingham School is a highly regarded co-educational, non-selective preparatory school for children aged 4 to 11 in Putney, South West London. We are very proud of our outstanding and inclusive academic environment which offers an extremely diverse and enriching educational programme. The curriculum and extensive array of extra-curricular activities give every child, whatever their talents, an opportunity to shine.

Our vision for the school is to establish a learning community where we are viewed as “more than just a school”, where learning is at the heart for all; pupils, staff and parents. The appointment will ideally commence on 1 July 2024 although this could be earlier or later by mutual agreement. 

The successful candidate will be an exemplary communicator with outstanding personal skills who will embrace the core values of Hurlingham, provide inspirational, collaborative leadership and build upon the School’s firm foundations. This is a new post for the School and one which we hope will drive an innovative approach to our admissions process

Experience in admissions and administration within a prep school setting is desirable but not essential, as is a solid background in marketing. This unique opportunity calls for someone who can merge these skill sets seamlessly to lead our marketing initiatives, informed by their understanding of the admissions to drive our school’s recruitment strategy.
