This body percussion part is quite straightforward to follow and it has musical notation up for you to see which beat you do the clap, click or pat on. There are 4 beats in each bar. The introduction is counted out for you at the beginning. The squiggly sign is a rest. The single notes are one beat notes called crotchets. The three notes joined by a line at the top are called a triplet and fit into one beat. Loving yourself is called SELF-ESTEEM. You should never allow someone else to put you down and make you feel small. Be happy with yourself and make it your business to build other people up as well. If something happens that gets you down – pick yourself up and move on. Picking yourself up after a knock is called RESILIENCE. It is a very good life skill – being able to accept that something you do not like has happened then moving onwards and upwards and not letting whatever has happened keep you down for too long. There are quite a few animals in this film. One of the main characters is a Jackalope. A Jackalope is a mythical North American animal which is described as a jack rabbit with antelope horns.
