Year 7 Health and Well-being PSHE

NEW 2024 Year 7 PSHE Health and Wellbeing package - taken from the EC Publishing Complete 2024 PSHE + RSE Package.
Contains 12 hours of detailed, new, differentiated and editable PSHE lessons (some are double lessons) which meet all the latest 2020-2024 PSHE guidelines for Health and Well-being for KS3 (both DfE and PSHE Association). These lessons are specifically aimed at Year 7, but everything is editable and they could be tweaked for any KS3 group.

1. Health and Wellbeing Introduction (and quiz) 2 hours
2. Mental Health introduction
3. Why is resilience so important?
4. Why are kindness and empathy so important?
5. Online safety and social media introduction
6. What are the dangers of vaping?
7. Introduction to drugs (2 hours)
8. Personal and oral hygiene
9. Boys’ puberty
10. Periods and menstruation
11. FGM and the law

Activities are scaffolded, there is a detailed and colourful PowerPoint for each lesson lasting at least one hour, clip tasks with questions and answers, worksheets, creative tasks, literacy focus tasks, analysis, case studies, group tasks and much more. All lessons include signposting to further help agencies and charities and clear, measurable outcomes.

All lessons are fully editable, engaging and very easy to follow.
