Fairtrade Label On A Banana, Representing Fairtrade Fortnight & Ways For EYFS, Primary & Secondary Students To Investigate It

Raise awareness of the Fairtrade movement and prepare for Fairtrade Fortnight with assemblies, activities and lesson ideas

As Fairtrade Fortnight 2024, Monday 9 September - Sunday 22 September, marks 30 years since the first Fairtrade certified products hit supermarket shelves, this is the perfect opportunity to encourage students to think about how they can 'Be The Change', evaluate their own impact on the world and explore the origins of their food and the lives of the farmers that grow them.

Discover assemblies, lesson plans and activities designed to investigate how better pricing, decent working conditions and fair terms of trade can make a big difference to farmers around the world. So, why not get involved?
