This is a resource that I use with SEN students that require Travel Training sessions. I usually use this after the Initial Assessment, so the students can share any concerns they have around travelling on public transport. They also have to think of the benefits to using public transport (independence etc.) and what travel strategies they can use to help them (fidget toys, music on headphones etc.)

This is a 1 page resource where students can peer assess each others work. They can state, what the artist did well, what they would like to see more of and what the art work shows. It can be used for the criteria : Comment constructively on someone else’s work.

Perfect for Entry Level 3 and Level 1 students. Where students get to review the progress with their PfA independent living goal and tutors can provide written feedback.

I use this ICT/Computing resource as an extension task during ICT sessions. This is an Excel Spreadsheet task, where students are asked to research the costings for an ICT computer system. This resource can support budgeting skills for SEN students doing ICT courses. This resource could also be used as a substitute teacher resource.

I use this resource for students completing the EDSQ Essential Digital Skills Qualification. ICT/IT tutors or learning support assistants can write a witness statement to provide evidence for students portfolios, when students have demonstrated practical ICT/IT skills for their EDSQ course.

This resource can be used as a lesson feedback/exit slip for students completing a Graphic Design course (or adapted to any course). This resource can be used to assess learning and provide written tutor feedback and next steps.

This resource can be used for students that require Rarpa (Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement); it is linked to the 4 PfA (Preparing for Adulthood) goals/targets: Employment Skills Independent Living Skills Friends, Relationships and Community Skills Good Health Skills This resource is a basic year plan for tutorials for the academic year 2023 - 2024, to cover the Rarpa Preparing for Adulthood goals. The year plan covers the 6 terms and includes a mindfulness/relaxation term.

This resource is great for writing subject reports for SEN students. It gives the opportunity to state what course criteria has been completed so far, whether they are on track, how they have managed each half term and what support needs they have. By completing a section each half term, means when its report time at the end of the academic year, your reports are already written!

These 3 evidence sheets can be used to organise the students Level 1 NOCN (National Open College Network) Imaging Software course portfolio, in order to make it easier to find the NOCN criteria evidence. They are usually placed in front the accompanying NOCN Imaging Software Level 1 Portfolio Assessment Sheets (which are an opportunity for students to provide photographic evidence for their qualification). NOCN Code: NOCN J/502/4612 It covers all criteria, from 1.1 to 2.3 I embedded this qualification into a Digital Media course that I designed, where students designed their own media product.

I use this resource for students completing the NOCN (National Open College Network) Entry Level 3 Road Safety Awareness for Pedestrians course. Tutors can use the 5 evidence assessment sheets to state what evidence is provided in the students portfolios, when students have completed paperwork for their NOCN Road Safety Awareness for Pedestrians E3 course. This resource can be used for students studying Gaming, Media Studies or Creative iMedia. This is just a 1 page resource that encourages students to design a poster for their favourite video game.
